Around 600 smallholder farmers are associated with the Bundikakemba Cocoa Cooperative. Thanks to the centralized processing of the harvest, they manage to develop a unique flavor profile with notes of roasted hazelnut and sesame, complemented by the sweetness of dates and caramel. The cocoa is Fair Trade Organic certified.
