Coffee selection and quality control

Hi,

my name is Ondra and at Jakaf I am in charge of quality control and the selection of all premium coffee.

From hundreds of samples of different origins, I always select 2-4 different lots of the best quality, considering the price and the potential success of the coffee in our market.

I roast the samples on the top row of the Roest L100 Plus sample roaster in our fully equipped laboratory in Prague, where you can join me for cupping. If you wish, I will roast a coffee sample and send it to your address.
