Deodorized cocoa butter is produced by pressing (hydraulic
method) of natural cocoa liquor so that the cocoa butter
separated from the cocoa cake. The butter is then filtered and
deodorizes. Product appearance may be solid (at ambient temperature)
or liquid (>35 ˚C).

Minimum shelf life in unopened packaging: 2 years from date of manufacture.

Optimal storage conditions: approximately 18 °C, relative humidity
less than 65%.
