Cocoa liquor is pure cocoa mass in solid or semi-solid form. Like the cocoa beans (nibs) from which it is made, it contains both cocoa solids and cocoa butter in approximately equal proportions.
It is made from cocoa beans that have been fermented, dried, roasted, and dehulled.
The beans are ground into cocoa mass (cocoa paste). This mass is melted to become a liquor, which is either separated into cocoa solids and cocoa butter, or cooled and formed into blocks of raw chocolate.
The product is of NON-GMO origin and does not contain any GMO substances.
Best before date in original sealed packaging, 4 weeks (in liquid state) and 12 months (in solid state) from production.
