Öko Caribe works with more than 160 farmers in the Duarte region. Together, they produce and trade approximately 500 tons of high-quality, organic, BIO-certified cocoa every year. With technical and financial support, small-scale farmers can improve the quality and yields of their cocoa, which is harvested fresh and fermented in a modern fermentation center operated by Öko Caribe.

Even Öko Caribe's conventional cocoa beans reflect the same commitment to quality that the company demonstrates with its certified organic cocoa.
