Varia VS3 electric grinder (2nd generation)

The Varia VS3 designer electric grinder is new from the award-winning Varia Brewing company. The excellent metal processing combined with the timeless design make the grinder a potential best-selling grinder of 2023. This is the second generation VS3, which has undergone improvements in the construction of the motor and stainless steel gearbox for even more perfect grinding for all types of coffee grinding.

ZERO FOCUS ON RETENTION

• The Varia VS3 Electric Grinder is built around a set of proprietary HRC58 38mm Hex Conical Grindstones that spin at a deliberate speed of 190rpm inside a die-cast, machined aluminum housing. It uses an oblique geometry with an acute angle of 76.5°. The use of this geometry also allows for ideal zero-holding conditions and a better workflow in relation to adding coffee to the hopper, making grind adjustments and 180° access to the dispensing cup.

PRECISE CONTINUOUS GRINDING ADJUSTMENT

• Stepless roughness adjustment
• Each movement of the grinding head represents a relative vertical movement of the grinding head by 20μm or 0.02mm per crank.
• Hopper capacity 30 g.

Design

• Minimalist design, fine details.
• We integrated magnets into the lid of the hopper for connection with the hopper and into the base for connection with the dosing cup.
• Non-slip silicone feet are also installed on the VS3 base.

PRECISION CNC MACHINING

• Space-grade die-cast aluminum alloy body and all critical parts are CNC (Computer numerical control machined) machined with an accuracy of 0.02mm, which ensures absolute precision and stability when adjusting and grinding.
• The main axle and drive shaft are housed in class P5 angular contact bearings to achieve the most uniform particle grinding results.
